We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment
confirmations are sent via text or email , also including the studio address .
CANCELLATIONS
Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least
(24 hrs)before your appointment time to avoid cancellation fee.

ï‚· The deposit is Non-Refundable . If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hrs notice you will be charged the amount of the deposit. The deposit will remain on your account and may be used for future appointments if you reschedule or cancel 24 hrs in advance. .

ï‚· All appointment cancellations must be made and confirmed via telephone or text. Appointment cancellations through email are not accepted.

NO KIDS OR EXTRA GUEST

We ask that you do not bring kids or extra guests while being serviced at Beauty Bully Studio, as this is a one on one service salon.
PAYMENTS

A valid credit/debit and NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure appointments at
Beauty Bully Studio.

When making an appointment and paying via PayPal DO NOT pay with e -check! I DO NOT accept
e-Check payments as a deposit!

ï‚· For your remaining balance we accept all major credit/debit cards and cash at beauty bully studio. All prices subject to a 8.625% NY State service tax.

LATE POLICY

We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for
quality results.

ï‚· While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced
due to time restraints.

ï‚· Guests arriving over 10-15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating
​
late clients may inconvenience next appointments. While we will try
​
our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be
​
rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will go into effect.
